Dagini Amba Brahmacharini
is a gifted Hatha Yoga Instructor as well as a Master Teacher trained
by Her Holiness
Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi.* In year 2000 Dagini began studying yoga and
women's wisdom with well-respected instructor Sofia
Diaz, and during intense practice for several years, began teaching
under her guidance.
After meeting her Guru, H.H. Sai Maa, Dagini Amba traveled to India, and
while living there for a year in ashrams (spiritual community) embarked
upon a period of deep sadhana (spiritual practice) and transformation.
During and since this time, her passion for God guided her to joyfully
choose a life of a brahmacharini (nun). She now resides and teaches public
and private classes in H.H. Sai Maa's Temple of Consciousness ashram in
Colorado and around the U.S.
Dagini Amba is known for guiding healing and transformation through Hatha
Yoga, while igniting a passion for life in the physical body. In her unique
blend of method and wisdom, she skillfully guides the practitioner into
use of breath discipline to transform the mind/body/spirit relationship,
re-align and harmonize the physical and subtle bodies, and uplift consciousness.
Her joy and love in the practice shine through in her teaching, leaving
one with renewed inspiration and understanding of the temple of the human
body.

The Breath of Life:
"Inhaling and exhaling in one continuous river of Grace, we move through
our lives growing towards the awareness that we are living, breathing
embodiments of Universal Love. When we remember that we are receiving
Light with each inhale and offering our love with each exhale, we immediately
tap into the realms of the Eternal. Our senses turn inward. We experience
a moment when the mundane becomes Divine, and our consciousness is transformed.
Always freely available, the breath is our instantaneous ticket to dip
our toes, to step, to merge into that river of Grace."
